Cailey has worked as a Paralegal where she assists with Class Action litigation practice since she joined Emery | Reddy in 2022. She has a degree in Sociology from the University of Washington and a Paralegal Certificate from George Mason University. She has been working in the legal field since 2009 and has extensive litigation experience in many practice areas.

Stephanie has been a Case Manager with Emery | Reddy since 2022. Before joining the team, she worked reviewing Medicare appeals. She graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a degree in International Relations. She enjoys hiking, camping, biking, and has recently joined a book club.
Lesley Ballard,
Paralegal
Lesley is a Paralegal assisting in Employment matters and has been with Emery | Reddy since 2019, where she began as an Intake Specialist and Paralegal. She began her studies in Law with a degree in Political Science from the University of California San Diego and continued with an internship at The Legal Aid Society of San Diego’s Landlord/Tenant clinic.

Calum has been with the firm since 2021 where he began as a Document Clerk and quickly rose to the position of Case Manager. Now, while attending the University of Washington School of Law in pursuit of a J.D., he serves as an APR 9 Licensed Legal Intern. Calum graduated cum laude from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Jennifer is a Legal Assistant with nearly two decades of experience in her field. She joined the team at Emery | Reddy in 2016 and helps our Attorneys with legal research, hearings and mediations, and managing workers’ compensation and employment cases. Kati Christopher,
Senior Paralegal
Kati joined Emery | Reddy in 2015 and is the team’s most senior paralegal. With 14 years of workers’ compensation expertise, Kati works with our L&I Workers’ Compensation Attorneys, Legal Team, and Clients to ensure that each case receives proper care and attention. Kati graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. She enjoys teaching ice skating and spending time with her three cats, Cinnamon, Pickles, and Waffles.
Fynn Holbrook,
Case Manager
Fynn recently joined the Workers’ Compensation team as a Case Manager. They come to the firm with a background in Anthropology from the University of Washington, and they have held a previous position as an Archeological Field Technition. When they aren’t attending a good concert, they can be found playing video games or Yu-Gi-Oh TCG Competitions.

Case Manager
Rachel joined the Emery | Reddy Workers’ Compensation team in the latter half of 2023. She graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a concentration in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She has spent the majority of her career working with victims and offenders of sexual assault crimes, and she is experienced in the field of Criminal Justice. She is excited to continue to help the injured with their worker’s compensation claims.
Kaleena Lechowicz,
Paralegal
Kaleena is a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal, assisting the Case Managers with case progression. A Washington State native, she holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education with a minor in psychology Lake Superior University. Kaleena worked as a preschool teacher before changing careers and receiving her Paralegal Certificate from Pierce College. Over the past decade, she has gained extensive experience in the field of Workers’ Compensation and developed a passion for advocating for injured workers.

Alec joined Emery | Reddy in the summer of 2022 as a Receptionist and has worked his way through the Intake Team to his current position as an Employment Paralegal. He enjoys the opportunity to work at a firm that exclusively serves injured workers and employees. His interest in U.S. Labor History led Alec to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in History at Brigham Young University — Idaho.

Celia started at Emery | Reddy in early 2024 as an Intake Specialist, but she quickly found her niche as a paralegal helping with 3rd Party and Employment Law, specifically with Document Reviews. She holds a bachelors degree in criminal Justice from West Chester University and a Paralegal Certificate from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, where she was born and raised. Celia enjoys bringing treats for the Emery | Reddy Pawttorneys, drawing, playing video games, and spending time with her cat, Peanut.
Michelle Payne,
Junior Legal Assistant
Michelle joined the team at Emery | Reddy in 2023 as a Case Manager and now supports the Workers’ Compensation litigation team as a Junior Legal Assistant. Originally from North Carolina, she is a recent transplant to Washington from Virginia and is new to the legal field. However, she previously worked for the Virginia Health Department as a Case Investigator and is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. Michelle holds an Associate of Science with a focus on Social Sciences, and she is a former horse carriage driver and sheep-shearer. She enjoys making a difference for clients and learning new skills along the way.
BryAnne Wochnick,
Vocational Specialist
BryAnne worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for nine years prior to changing careers to work with Emery | Reddy in 2023. Her background provides a valuable perspective as she works with clients and their Case Managers while they navigate the Vocational process. BryAnne graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, attending sporting events, and spending time with her dog, Beauregard.
