On November 4, 2024, Evolve Bank & Trust began sending notice emails to individuals regarding funds Evolve believes these individuals are owed because they had accounts with Synapse’s financial technology company customers (“Fintechs”) including:
 
Abound, Changed, Cleo, Copper, Juno, Yotta, Yieldstreet, Rho, Mercury, Dave, Cleo, Relay, Rho, Stilt, Glance Capital, GigWage, Gravy, Gragr, IDT, and/or Latitud.

Lineage Bank, American Bank NA, and AMG National Trust Bank sent notice letters and/or emails in or around October 2024.

If you received this notice and believe you are owed more than what the banks are offering you, contact us today.
