Washington L&I Introduces Ergonomic Standards for Airline Ground Crew

WA Law Restricts Non-compete Agreements. They Keep Popping up Anyway

Employers across the nation attempts to enforce non-compete agreements, highlighting problems within several industries with bargaining power and company loyalty. In a recent interview with PBS Emery | Reddy client Mark Westphal identified the problem, stating, “If you create an environment where people want to work, they will stay. I think the reason why companies try to put the fear of God in their employees is because that’s the only way they can keep people.” Read more.
